Did you know that flowers changed the world? Not only completely revolutionising how plants could pollinate but also providing the sustenance for an incredible diverse insect population and thus all animals. I’m not doing it justice but if you ever stumble across a documentary on the evolution of flowers WATCH IT. The one I watched was BBC How to Grow a Planet, The Power of Flowers.

Not only are they the most beautiful thing to grow on this planet but they sustain it as well.

I wish this post was full of more flowers now but its more about other things. Just wanted to express my new-found appreciation for everything petalled.
