I got to explore the Great Barrier Reef.

It was incredible to glimpse the whole other world that exists beyond our shores, full of creatures and life of mind-blowing beauty and some straight up funny-looking.
I want to be an explorer.
I took these photos with a waterproof disposable film camera, being restricted to a mere 28 shots for an entire day of underwater adventures was frustrating but getting a shot of Mr Turtle made it all worth while. He was a beautiful creature, I will have the image of him swimming through the water imprinted in my mind forever and one day I’ll get it on film.

A sanctuary of wings.

Big blue.

A clam you could crawl into.

A discarded brain.

Curious critters.

The depths of the deep.

Mr Turtle, a nibbler.

Coral crevices.

A cucumber of the sea, not for salad.

Aquatic chaos.

Coral, diverse and unique.

Derpaderp.

Schooling.

An x-ray jellyfish.

May we all have faith in ourselves, that we are have everything we need within us. No matter what happens we will be where we are meant to be and we will meet the people we are meant to meet.

To find beauty and happiness in every new experience, to have no expectations and no worries. To be free.
